This is an important security metric to look across the entire tenant base to look at the risk exposure for our clients of whether Guest Access is enabled.
You can see the User Type of Guest vs Member in each user, but that does not allow easy identification across the entire client base, nor if they have Guest Access enabled, but no guests, it would not identify it.
Hopefully this is a really easy datapoint to bring back in the Microsoft Graph API.
