Connecwise type and subtype integration options

Updating the Connectwise integration to allow the selection of Type and Sub Type when raising tickets.

Being able to set the default type and subtype to help better manage tickets within ConnectWise.

Could have a top level default, as well as an override at actionable alert level also.

    Yes please! It would be helpful for us to be able to select our own priority scale for each actionable alert as well.

    This could be set through the templates in Liongard.

    We currenly do this for our RMM tickets into ConnectWise, that way the tickets are triaged with the proper types for our tracking puproses. So, we have types and subtypes for every alert type.
