If I'm logged into Roar, why do I have to login every time I click the Roar URL inside of an Actionable Alert in ConnectWise Manage?

Why do I have to login to as well if I'm already logged in to Roar?

    Thanks. Here's another example, I'm working on a Roar Actionable Alert in Firefox that I opened from Manage, so I had to login in Firefox to Raro. I change the status, update my ticket in Manage and go work another Roar ticket in Manage. When I click the link in Manage to Roar, it opens a new tab that I have to login to , even though I'm still logged in the previous tab in Firefox

    Hi and thanks for providing us with feedback. I'll connect with your PSE to dig into your current behavior in your instance when navigating between CW and Roar. Regarding having to log into our ideas portal, the reason is our Ideas portal is hosted on a different site then your Roar instance and do not share any credentials.
