Can you add a way in Roar Templates to include the CIS Control # in the subject line of the ticket?
Here’s one for example: Active Directory | User Accounts With Brute Force Attempts | active-directory-TECHDC1.
If we could see the CIS Control # in the title, we could match it to subtypes that we created in ConnectWise Manage. That might make things easier to manage for clients down the road.

Currently I'm experimenting with Subtypes in CW Manage here: Setup Tables > Service Board List > Subtype List.
Basic 1-6
Foundational 7-16
Organizational 17-20
I would be awesome if these would auto assign to subtypes and even more awesome if they could auto-asing the Priority colors in the Service board.
