    Hi everyone,
We have reached out to KnowBe4 regarding an integration and learned that their Platform does not have a single API key at the MSP level that would manage all of your customers. The approach to setting up an Inspector would require you to generate an API per customer you would want to inspect or use the API against. This may create a rather painful setup process if you're setting this up against a large number of customers. Given our limitations, would this inspector still be useful for everyone to use? We would be specifically looking at capturing their Reporting API.

Still be useful. Maybe it can be imported via CSV, too.

I agree that even if it's per customer the inspector would still be very useful, especially for the Reporting API.

This may have changed at knowbe4, or may soon. In a call with them last week, I was advised that KnowBe4 is seriously ramping up efforts to support the MSP customer, and will soon have a single pane of glass for MSPs to manage all clients. I'm hopeful that their API would be able to take advantage of that. Right now we write our own SQL queries to pull knowbe4 data and present it to brightgauge. It works, but means we're doing a lot of manual work and have to have a database just for knowbe4-to-bg data.

I agree - it will still be useful to have the option to configure the clients

Even if it's painful, it's much better than not having it. It's a one time thing and not a big deal
think we can stomach the few minutes it takes to get an API Key and entering it into Roar.

We would also be interested in this as an MSP reseller.

MSP's who are reselling KnowBe4 would be either a Platinum or Diamond customer equivalent. This would be a fantastic resource to bring into Roar.
