Add identity monitoring inspector by domain

Identity Monitoring by domain would benefit customers and clients because it would ensure that the lists are combed for every user ending in @domain.com as opposed to a specific list of users that has to be managed going forward. It would make the inspector maintenance free rather than having to be maintained with a specific user list.

    Hi, thanks Patrick for highlighting our recent feature for dynamic metrics within the Identity Monitoring Inspector! I'd recommend checking out our documentation for how this feature works as I think it solves what you're trying to do around removing the manual effort of keeping the list of users up to date.

    You can now kinda do this if the environment has an office 365 inspector as you can now use a dynamic metric and point it to the 365 email users list.
