Collect Bitlocker recovery keys

Would be nice if we could collect bitlocker recovery keys automatically instead of manually recording them for all computers.

    It would also be helpful to grab this from the Azure AD inspector for non domain environments

    +1. This should be retrievable by the AD inspector by looking at the msFVE-RecoveryInformation objects within each computer
