All alerts goign to all email addresses configured in the email integration is problamatic for how we would like to utilize actionable alerts.
In the Actionable Alert temaplate you can select a platform integration, please allow us to select an email address for the alerts to be sent to in the same way.

I'd like to be able to email users with a link to say their Duo SSO dashboard to reset their passwords when they are close to expiration, so yeah, I like this idea here.
Having the ability to add variables to the email template. Our PSA System is not integrated so having our PSA System identify the variable and map the alert to the Customer would be a game changer.
Definitely need the ability to have different email notification targets that can be selected for different alert templates.
Adam Rusak gave similar feedback on call with AM. Essentially different templates linked to different emails.
For a client that does not have a PSA platform integration, there are countless use cases to bea ble to send different alerts to different email addresses. I think the number 1 variable should be environment, setting up different email targets per environment, same way you allow mapping an environment to a company in Connectiwse. The second variable would be an actual alert. Allow sending 365 alerts somewhere different then AD. however, my personal use case is tied to the environment/client. This is a huge limitation in utilizing alerts at this time.
