This needs to be addressed, there's a growing number of Mac devices under management for MSPs. We have over 300 assets we can't pass through in an otherwise great product.

After creating this request over 2 years ago now, it's really quite disappointing that nothing has happened, and that the Addigy integration continues to be sold as usable. It isn't. Thanks to Michael for posting his conversation with Jason Dettbarn (CEO of Addigy) and Liongard's CEO Joe Alapat, where it was seemingly agreed that this was a priority. That was back in June last year.

As others have mentioned in the comments, IT Glue, Cloudradial, IT Boost, Autotask etc have this working in their platforms. The API is capable, please make this happen.

I agree with all previous. This is a useless integration and it only took 2 hours of chat to get to that realization. Total waste of my time

The current Addigy inspector doesn't seem to be any help for anyone managing multiple customers under separate policies as we do. At least IT Glue's integration means we don't need to rely on this as much, but it's a shame as it was one of the selling points - an integration that's not practically useful.

ITGlue and Cloud Radial can do this already using the Addigy API.

Not sure why instructions are to "Select the Environment this System Inspector should be associated to" if it can't differentiate the Addigy environments.

It's pretty useless and should be put back into labs if it can't allow us to differentiate.

I vote for this, We have multiple clients in our Addigy so cannot use it

I hope this is implemented soon, the way the inspector is implemented is not usable as it just puts it under our company, and not the specific clients.

wondering on the status of this as well, both Brightgauge and IT Boost have this functionality

Has there been any movement on this? There is little reason for us to use this Addigy inspector unless it is under the Parent/Child relationship as we have a number of clients in this RMM tool.

Building an inspector for an RMM and not having built it as parent/child to begin with is irreesponsible.
