ConnectWise - Add Type/Subtype to Ticketing integration

Would be nice to be able to set Alert Templates to go to a particular type/Subtype on the different boards.

    Hi everyone, thank you for taking the time to give us feedback on this idea. We understand how the ability to route alerts to specific type/subtypes on different board would be an improvement to our ticketing feature. We'll be keeping our eyes on this idea for additional upvotes and feedback.

    Agreed - this is a major feature that's lacking, and I would presume would be easy to implement.

    The advantage to the MSP would be in the reporting functionality, where with the type-subtype, we could provide the customer more granular reporting
