Customer Facing Ticket Portal

I think it would be a good idea for us to be able to login to a support portal (could just be linked with our Liongard account) that allows us to view our tickets/cases that the support chat has logged so we can see the status of the ticket, notes & put any updates directly into the ticket.

Most vendors i've used have this in place or something similar. Having a ticket logged on behalf and then hearing nothing until its fixed/needing an update feels like we're left in the dark a bit.

    Adding to this, i think it would be cool if global admins of LG had an "organizational" view, similar to Kaseya's helpdesk portal, where you can see tickets logged by your colleagues in the same instance as you.
