Allow Actionable Alerts to have the Option to Open a New Ticket

Allow actionable alerts to have the option to open a new ticket


This would be good as some metrics monitor things that change day-to-day and it would be better to have a new ticket, rather than re-opening the same ticket


For me, its specifically ConnectWise, but im unsure about other integrations

    This would be great also for Autotask.
