Generate Tickets from Metrics on Regularly Scheduled Intervals (Monthly, Quarterly, etc.)

It would be nice to have the ability to create tickets in Connectwise for metrics based on regularly scheduled intervals (i.e. Monthly, Quarterly, Annually, etc.)

This could allow us to use the data from Liongard to make sure that we are reviewing these items on a regular basis.

    Unfortunately, to my knowledge, the report function does not allow us to pull the metric data directly into the ticket. If it were easier to update the reporting function to pull that metric data directly into the ticket, rather than just a link to the LG data, that would work as well.

    Thank you for this idea! Question for clarification - would our Reporting feature enable you to get this data on a scheduled basis? You can create a report, save it, and schedule it. More info on reports: https://docs.liongard.com/docs/reports.
