Evalute SPF records for validity/content

It would be extremely useful to have the ability to evaluate SPF records on domains for validity (catching errors in them), as well as alert based upon the status of the "all" tag at the end of SPF (allow, soft fail, hard fail).

And checking for multiple SPF records for a domain would also be helpful.

This would be extremely helpful. RFC 7208 and Ed's comment should help dial in on what to look for.

Maybe has an API they can tie in to.

Having the ability to get an alert based upon common SPF issues would be an immense help. Common scenarios:

    • Missing SFP

    • Malformed SPF

    • SPF > 255 characters

    • SPF with >10 include statements

    • "all" tag not meeting standard you set (for example, if our standard for clients is soft fail, getting an alert if their SPF is allow all or hard fail would be useful)
