Identity Monitoring Inspector - Auto-discover and populate email addresses

From the PSA, from Office 365, automatically add email addresses to ID monitoring inspector.

Requirements

  • Within the same Environment, have the Office 365 (or in the future, G Suite or other email inspector) auto-discover an ID Monitoring launchpoint and keep it up-to-date in the future with the list of email addresses from that inspector

  • We should support "merging" auto-discoveries from multiple launchpoints

  • We do not need to update an existing ID Monitoring launchpoint, just have exactly one that's been auto-discovered per-environment

    Admin Response

    Hi everyone,

Thank you for taking the time to give us feedback on this idea. We hear you and understand how the ability to populate email addresses would help this Inspector be more valuable to use and a whole lot easier to maintain. We are evaluating how to allow other inspectors update particular configuration items (i.e., a list of email addresses) in another inspector, which will let us move this forward.

This is a nice feature and having this automatically imported would be great and a big time saver.  Also if any breach notification changes happen it would be great to have that create a ticket in AutoTask.

This could be a huge feature for Liongard, if it gets built out. During the onboarding this was one of the items highlighted and now that i have used it, its very disappointing. I agree with the recommendations above and like to see more options for this inspector. Primarily, the ability to auto-detect address based on Domain entry or even autofil from O365 cloud agent.

This feature is fun, but useless to me when it's populated manually. auto-import would start to make this usefull
