Keep column headers visible when scrolling down a list

I think this is an obvious one - when scrolling down a long list, it's hard to remember the content of each column. Keep them at the top of the page!

Show Changes Only Toggle

In the new Change Detection view, the red/green coloring is great - what would make it stellar would be a toggle to show only the changes, instead of the entire dataprint.
