We have technicians who turn services off during troubleshooting and don't always get turned back on. Especially when the problem can take days to troubleshoot (intermittent problem). The technician may turn off Gateway Antivirus or Content Filter...

Have the ability to see Alias emails cleanly for Metrics

This would be great for Identity Monitoring as it is currently only capturing active primary emails. And when you make a metric it currently includes SMTP/smtp.

Limit the scope of Roar's dashboard according to user's permissions

For partners who have users that can only read certain environments, the limited users can't view the dashboard as their permissions stop the page from loading. Instead of not being able to view the page at all, it should load the information...

Allow Users to copy or duplicate Actionable Alert Templates

With the new functionaity in place to send emails to multiple customers with different templates and the email integration. Having the ability to duplicate, clone, or copy a template is more important to save time and resources in setting it up.

Correct time zone for environments

Shared instances don't allow for specific time zones. for example AEST is requested but sydney time zone is shown.
